Refunds & Cancellations

At Paws & Whiskers by Luke, we understand that plans can change. We aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring our time is protected and appointments remain available for other clients.

Dog Walking

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled walk are eligible for a refund, minus a non-refundable £5 booking fee, or you may choose to transfer your booking to another available date.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled walk are non-refundable.

Weekly Walking Plans

• Weekly plans are offered at a discounted rate.
• Walks cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
• Where possible, we will try to rearrange the walk within the same week, subject to availability, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Pet Sitting & Drop-In Visits

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking are eligible for a refund, minus a non-refundable £5 booking fee.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

If We Need to Cancel

If Paws & Whiskers by Luke needs to cancel a booking due to illness, emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund with no booking fee deducted, or we can reschedule your appointment at no extra cost.

Refund Processing

Any approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
